Madeleine Farman is a senior reporter for PEI Group’s Private Equity International and Secondaries Investor titles, based in London. Prior to joining PEI, she had covered private equity, private capital and advisers associated with the industry for other newsrooms and publications since 2016. Originally from New Zealand, Madeleine began her career in radio in Auckland.
The real assets specialist is in market with its fourth infrastructure secondaries fund, which has raised €580m of a €750m target.
The firm, which is seeking as much as $585m for Keyhaven Secondaries Fund III, also made two hires last November.

The transaction involves the asset manager and other institutional investors acquiring a structured minority interest in a portfolio of assets as part of the UBS-advised deal.

The fund will continue with ISF's focus on acquisitions of holdings in private companies and venture capital funds.
Unigestion is also understood to have participated in the transaction involving digital transformation services provider Init.
